Whether you’re actively trying to conceive, exploring what fertility means for you, or channelling your creative energy into other meaningful pursuits, this phase offers profound opportunities for growth and self-discovery. By working with your body’s natural rhythms rather than against them, you create a sustainable foundation for whatever you choose to build.

How I Work with You

1. 1:1 Fertility and Well-being Sessions

A deeply personal space to explore your body’s wisdom and emotional landscape. These sessions weave together counselling, body awareness, and practical guidance to help you understand your cycle, manage stress, and reconnect with your natural rhythms.

2. Couples Sessions: Exploring Shared Readiness and Rhythm

These sessions invite couples to slow down together, to listen to each other, and to the body’s timing. A supportive space for partners navigating conception or preparing to step into parenthood with greater understanding and calm.

3. Small Group Circles for Women Preparing for Conception

These intimate groups (maximum 6 participants) offer education, reflection, and shared experience. We explore cycle awareness, fertility health, emotional resilience, and self-care rituals that honour this season of creation. You’ll leave feeling supported, informed, and more connected to yourself and to others.

4. Workshops on Rest, Stress, and Reproductive Well-being

Interactive workshops designed to restore balance in both mind and body. Through practical tools, gentle movement, and guided reflection, we look at how rest, nutrition, and stress regulation shape fertility and overall well-being.
