My work is practical, grounded, and focused on where you want to go. Whether you are addressing specific, tangible challenges or carrying unnamed burdens that have become too heavy to bear alone, my goal is to provide a space where you feel truly understood, less isolated and genuinely held.
Redefining the Act of Reaching Out
I’ve noticed that most people wait much longer than they need to before seeking support. We are taught to manage, adapt, cope, and just “keep going” until something finally cracks.
I want you to know that the moment you decide to reach out is not a sign that something is wrong with you. In fact, it is the exact opposite.
It is the part of you that knows things could be different and is finally ready to act on it. It is an act of strength, not a white flag.
I am present with you, both professionally and personally, focusing on where you want to go rather than just where you feel stuck.
I bring honesty and presence to every session.
Collaborative: I act as a co-pilot, not an all-knowing expert. I’ll hold the flashlight, but you choose the direction.
Active: I’m not a “nod and smile” counsellor. I listen for patterns and offer gentle challenges to help you move past the stories that keep you stuck.
Practical: We balance deep emotional work with tools, ensuring you leave with both clarity and tangible ways to move forward.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
Sometimes life gets heavy. Relationships, loss, identity, the weight of what you’ve been carrying, these aren’t things you have to figure out alone or simply push through, although we all try to.
Counselling creates a space where you can slow down, be honest, and start to understand what’s actually going on underneath it all.
It isn’t about dwelling in the past; it’s about making sense of it so it stops running the present. Together we work toward relief, clarity, and a genuine sense of forward movement. People leave sessions feeling lighter and more able to see what’s possible.
Counselling & Hypnotherapy
When talk alone isn’t enough, hypnotherapy offers a gentle, effective way to help you feel hopeful and ready for meaningful change.
The conscious mind is excellent at explaining problems. It’s less reliable at shifting them. Hypnotherapy works with the deeper layers – the patterns, responses, and beliefs that run automatically, often below awareness.
Combined with counselling, it can accelerate change in a way that feels surprisingly natural. You remain aware and in control throughout. Many people find that what they’ve struggled to move for years begins to shift within just a few sessions.
Deep Healing: Where counselling meets deeper healing
Some patterns don’t budge with talk alone. They sit deeper – in the body, in the lineage, in stories that began long before this lifetime. Deep Healing is for those moments when conventional approaches have taken you so far, but something still feels unmoved at the core.
This session combines counselling with an evidence-informed energy-healing framework and begins somewhere most therapies don’t – with your future. We start by establishing a clear, felt sense of where you want to be, anchoring that as real and possible before anything else.
From there we work backwards, tracing the layers beneath the surface – beliefs, emotions, relational and ancestral patterns, and the original events that set them in motion. The aim is not just insight but actual resolution at the root.
Many people leave feeling a shift they didn’t expect – lighter, clearer, and for the first time, genuinely free to move forward.
