Treatment Hands Massaging Female Abdomen before after

Australian Model Elle McPherson ( AKA “The Body”) gets  a regular massage from Sheila Perez, as well as many other ‘celebrities’ like Naomi Campbell, Lenny Kravitz, Polina Ross, Orianne and Phil Collins!

Often after the first session we can see results, but individual responses vary of course, based on a person’s  current weight/shape etc.

I am excited and delighted to announce that I will be a licenced Sheila Perez Miracle Touch ™ therapist after specialised training in the USA with Sheila herself in November!

I will be available for Sheila Perez Massage appointments from early December
Do YOU want to tone those problem areas and possibly achieve results like Elle?

UPDATE:
After training with Sheila one on one and experiencing her Miracle Method massage myself, I now KNOW why Elle calls her “The Torturer”!
To get results, we have to go deep.
Multiple treatments for most will be be needed ( just as Elle sees Sheila regularly!)

This method  also activates blood circulation, accelerates the postpartum or post-operative recovery process, improves skin hydration and prevents muscle pain
Although this massage and drainage alone already provides excellent results, it is essential to combine treatment with healthy habits, such as a balanced diet, daily ingestion of plenty of water and physical activity.

In addition, the special creams and oils, with several active ingredients beneficial to the health and beauty of the skin, give greater skin hydration and ‘glow’!.

The lymphatic system works as a third circulatory system, in addition to the arterial and venous systems.
The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues and flows through the lymphatic vessels

Lymph Fluid  is rich in protein, white blood cells, micro-organisms, dead cells, blood cells and can also carry bacteria and toxins (pathogens). It is viscous and yellowish to clear.
Lymph like blood, performs metabolic exchanges with cells and is then collected by the vessels of the lymphatic system, returning to the ganglia.
They are an important part of the immune system, helping the body recognise and combat germs, infections and other foreign substances.
Lymph nodes are found all throughout the body.and are situated are: side of neck, clavicular sternum, axila (armpits), groin and in bowl of pelvis

TIPS before your treatment

Exfoliate
As massage is usually performed with thermogenic products (which warm up and stimulate local metabolism), it is ideal to have a body exfoliation once a week, so that you get a better penetration of the active ingredients that these products contain.

Light Fasting before Treatment
If your intention is to perform the massage on your abdomen, it is best not to eat before the session, vigorous movements can cause reflux ( or very rarely, vomiting) during the massage
Light fasting for an hour and a half prior to the massage is enough.
