The Sheila Perez lymphatic/ slimming and sculpting aesthetic massage method focuses on vigorous and specific movements, to not only drain fluids and toxins, but particularly to improve and reshape the body contours especially the abdomen, waist, hips and buttocks.
Sliding, kneading, clamping and percussion lymphatic techniques are used.

Who can benefit from the Sheila Perez Miracle Touch™ Massage?
This massage is perfect for people seeking to break down and improve the appearance of cellulite and fatty deposits on their body.
The Sheila Perez method has virtually reinvented slimming, contouring massage and lymphatic drainage for faster, longer-lasting results
Australian Model Elle McPherson ( AKA “The Body”) gets a regular massage from Sheila Perez, as well as many other ‘celebrities’ like Naomi Campbell, Lenny Kravitz, Polina Ross, Orianne and Phil Collins!
You can expect ‘see able’ results after the first session, both on the inside and the outside.
Individual responses will vary of course, based on a person’s current weight/shape etc.
Most people feel lighter, redder skin tone and very energised after their treatment

UPDATE:
After training with Sheila one on one and experiencing her Miracle Method massage myself, I now KNOW why Elle calls her “The Lady Torturer”!
To get results, we do have to go deep.
A package of treatments is recommended to get the best results (just as Elle sees Sheila regularly!)
This method also activates blood circulation, accelerates the postpartum or post-operative recovery process, improves skin hydration and prevents muscle pain.
Although this massage and drainage alone already provides excellent results, it is essential to combine treatment with healthy habits, such as a balanced diet, daily ingestion of plenty of water and physical activity.
In addition, the special creams and oils, with several active ingredients beneficial to the health and beauty of the skin, give greater skin hydration and ‘glow’!
The lymphatic system works as a third circulatory system, in addition to the arterial and venous systems.
The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues and flows through the lymphatic vessels.
The Healing Practice specialises in Lymphatic Drainage Treatments
Lymph Fluid is rich in protein, white blood cells, micro-organisms, dead cells, blood cells and can also carry bacteria and toxins (pathogens). It is viscous and yellowish to clear.
Lymph like blood, performs metabolic exchanges with cells and is then collected by the vessels of the lymphatic system, returning to the ganglia.
They are an important part of the immune system, helping the body recognise and combat germs, infections and other foreign substances.
Lymph nodes are found all throughout the body and are situated at: side of neck, clavicular sternum, axila (armpits), groin and in bowl of pelvis.
TIPS before your treatment
Exfoliate
As massage is usually performed with thermogenic products (which warm up and stimulate local metabolism), it is ideal to have a body exfoliation once a week, so that you get a better penetration of the active ingredients that these products contain.
Light Fasting before Treatment
Before your treatment, it is recommended to not eat up to 90 minutes, including a cafe. As the vigorous movements, especially on the abdomen, may cause nausea or discomfort during the massage
